Terms and Conditions

Overview
These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the EasyBeam.ai Affiliate Program (“Program”), operated by EasyBeam.ai (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid business or individual entity to participate. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application to the Program at our sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Platform
The EasyBeam.ai affiliate program is powered by PromoteKit.com, a third-party affiliate management platform. By participating, you agree to PromoteKit’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Your PromoteKit account will be used to:
Access your unique affiliate link
Track referrals and commissions
View payment history
Manage payout preferences
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn 25% recurring commission on all subscription payments made by referred customers.
Commissions recur for 12 months from the customer’s original sign-up date.
Commissions apply to successfully processed and non-refunded transactions only.
4. Payout Terms
Commissions are paid out monthly, with a net-30 delay (e.g., earnings from January are paid out by the end of February).
Payouts are processed through PromoteKit, using the payout method you configure in your PromoteKit dashboard.
Minimum payout threshold: [Insert threshold, e.g., $50]. Amounts below this will roll over to the next cycle.
5. Referral Tracking
Referrals must come through your PromoteKit-issued affiliate link.
PromoteKit tracks referrals using cookies valid for 30 days.
If a customer signs up within 30 days of clicking your link, and makes a valid subscription purchase, the referral is credited to you.
Subsequent plan changes (upgrades/downgrades) will reflect in your commission accordingly.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Affiliates may not:
Misrepresent EasyBeam.ai or make misleading claims.
Use spam, bots, or unsolicited messages to promote links.
Bid on EasyBeam.ai branded search keywords or domains.
Use cookie stuffing, cloaking, or fake referrals.
Pretend to be EasyBeam.ai or falsely imply employment with us.
Violating these rules may result in account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
7. Term and Termination
This Agreement is effective upon your acceptance into the Program.
Either party may terminate at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
Upon termination, valid unpaid commissions will be paid per the usual payout schedule, unless your account is terminated for breach of these terms.
8. Modification
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or via their PromoteKit dashboard. Continued participation after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Program. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the six (6) months prior to the claim.
10. Independent Contractor Status
Affiliates act as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or partners of EasyBeam.ai. No exclusivity or employment relationship is implied.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.
